You might have known of Bob Saget as Danny Tanner from Full House or Fuller House. The star he passed away on January 9th, 2022. He was a well-known actor and a comedian. He was also the host of America’s Funniest Home Video. He leaves behind a wife, Kelly Rizzo, and three daughters, Aubrey, Lara, and Jennifer. He was 65 when he died. His cause of death may have been from a sudden medical emergency such as a heart attack or a stroke. Many tributes by celebrities and fans were posted almost immediately after the news spread. He will be missed by many, and his memory will live on through his work and loved ones.

As most kids move into their teen (or adolescent) years, they may just want to sleep and lie down. Even though they may want to do this, their parents may not like them sleeping in all day. A very controversial opinion is if teens should sleep in more. Studies show that teens need at least 9 to 9½ hours of sleep. They need this much sleep as they are going through many developmental stages in their life. Teens can get very sleep deprived due to early school hours, part time jobs, large amounts of homework, and other after school activities.
Some effects of teens receiving more sleep is that they could avoid depression, anxiety, and drug use.
